Custom Event Backdrops, Banners & Signage
Event backdrop printing means the printed pieces in the room: the backdrop behind the photographs, the step-and-repeat wall, the banner over the entrance, the welcome sign at the door. Send the artwork, the dimensions, the venue and the date, and we will design or adapt it, print it in Magnolia, Texas, and quote the project — including whether your date is workable.

Corporate events
Conferences, launches, award evenings, trade stands and press calls. The printed work usually has to do two jobs at once: hold a logo cleanly in every photograph taken in front of it, and stay legible from the back of a room.
We work from your brand files, check them at the size they will be produced, and keep the logo placed where a person standing in front of the backdrop will not block it.

Private celebrations
Showers, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and family parties. Here the printed piece is usually one arch or panel with lettering and artwork chosen for the day, sized so it fills the camera frame with a person or two in front of it.
We print the backdrop, the signage and the lettering. Anything decorative around it — florals, balloons, furniture, props — comes from you or your planner.

Entrance, stage and registration banners, printed to the width you have available rather than to a standard size.

Welcome boards, seating and menu signage, directional signs and lettering, printed to match the backdrop artwork.

Four things shape an event quote, and the first message is the right place for them.

Artwork
Your file, your designer's file, or a description of what you want us to draw. We review supplied artwork at its intended output size and tell you whether it will hold up; you need to own it or have permission to reproduce it.

Dimensions
The printed size you need, or the space you are working with — wall width, floor area, ceiling height and any size limit the venue has set.

Venue
Where the event is and where the printed pieces need to end up. Delivery is quoted per project and destination, domestically or internationally.

Date
The event date and, if it is different, the date you need the work in hand. We confirm feasibility as part of the quote rather than promising a turnaround up front.
What is and is not included
We are a design and print studio. Event quotes cover designing or adapting artwork and printing the pieces you have agreed. They do not include venue rental, event planning or coordination, balloon or floral installation, or styling props. Stands, frames and hanging hardware are not included unless they have been confirmed for your project in writing, so ask before you assume.
Installation of printed pieces can be discussed on request for nearby locations, including Houston, The Woodlands, Spring and Magnolia, and is quoted separately from printing.
Event printing questions
Can you meet my event date?
Tell us the date in your first message and we will confirm whether it is workable as part of the quote. Feasibility depends on the size of the job, the state of the artwork and what else is in the studio that week, so we will not promise a date before we have looked at the project.
Is the stand, frame or hardware included?
Not unless it has been confirmed in writing for your project. A backdrop or banner is quoted as printed material by default, so tell us if you need hardware and we will confirm what can and cannot be supplied before you order.
Do you style the event or install the backdrop?
No. We design and print. We do not rent venues, plan events, install balloon or floral work, or supply styling props. Installation of printed pieces can be discussed on request for nearby locations and is quoted separately.
What dimensions should I ask for?
Send the space you have — the wall or the floor area, plus ceiling height and anything in the way. If the venue has a size limit for backdrops, send that. We will work the printed dimensions out with you rather than expecting you to arrive with them.
Can you print artwork my designer made?
Yes. We can review and print artwork you supply at its intended output size, as long as you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
